Regulatory Monitoring

Continuous tracking of regulatory changes across applicable jurisdictions, impact assessment, and translation of new requirements into organisational policies and procedures.

Compliance Programme Management

Design, implementation and oversight of the organisation’s clinical compliance programme, including policies, procedures, training, monitoring and reporting systems.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation

Systematic identification and evaluation of clinical compliance risks, development of mitigation strategies, and maintenance of the organisational risk register.

Internal Audit Oversight

Planning and coordination of internal clinical compliance audits, management of external audit processes, and ensuring effective corrective action implementation.

Training & Awareness

Development and delivery of clinical compliance training programmes, awareness campaigns and ongoing professional development for all staff levels.

Governance Reporting

Regular compliance reporting to board and senior management, performance metrics, risk dashboards, and strategic recommendations for compliance investment.

Incident Management

Oversight of clinical incident reporting, investigation processes, root cause analysis, and ensuring lessons learned are integrated into organisational improvement.

External Relations

Interface with regulatory bodies, accreditation organisations, industry associations and peer networks. Management of regulatory submissions, notifications and correspondence.
